SITRANS LR460

The SITRANS LR460 is a 4-wire, 24 GHz FMCW radar level transmitter with extremely high signal-to-noise ratio and advanced signal processing for continuous monitoring of solids up to 100 m (328 ft). It is ideal for measurement in extreme dust.

SITRANS LR460 provides excellent results even during conditions of extreme dust. The integral Easy Aimer included on the SITRANS LR460 allows for easy positioning for optimum measurement on solids.

Process Intelligence onboard SITRANS LR460 means advanced signal processing is harnessed for reliable operation on both simple and difficult solids application.

SITRANS LR460 features a robust enclosure, flange and horn components. It is virtually unaffected by atmospheric or temperature conditions within the vessel.

An optional dust cap is available for sticky solids. Optional air purging is also available for extremely sticky applications.

Safe on-site local programming is simple using the Intrinsically Safe handheld programmer. SIMATIC PDM can be used for easy remote programming using HART or PROFIBUS PA.

The characteristics of 24 GHz and high signal-to-noise ratio contribute to exceptional signal reflection, regardless of the dielectric value of the medium.

Supplementary Components are designed to work with most types of instrumentation to provide enhanced functionality such as remote displays and remote monitoring solutions.

SITRANS LR560

SITRANS LR560 2-wire, 78 GHz FMCW radar level transmitter for continuous monitoring of solids in silos to a range of 100 m (328 ft).

SITRANS LR560’s plug and play performance is ideal for most solids applications, including those with extreme dust and high temperatures to +200 ºC (+392 ºF). Unique design allows safe and simple programming using the Intrinsically Safe handheld programmer without having to open the instrument’s lid.

SITRANS LR560 includes an optional graphical local display interface (LDI) that improves setup and operation using an intuitive Quick Start Wizard, and echo profile display for diagnostic support. Startup is easy using the Quick Start wizard with a few parameters required for basic operation. SITRANS LR560 measures virtually any solids material to a range of 100 m (328 ft).

SITRANS LH300

The pressure transmitter SITRANS LH300 is a submersible sensor for hydrostatic level measurement with protective caps made of PPE, stainless steel and ETFE. The transmitter converts the level-proportional hydrostatic pressure into a standardized 4 to 20 mA signal. The transmitter consists of a stainless steel housing (Ø 30 mm) with mechanical protection IP68 and the piezo-resistive sensor with ceramic diaphragm made of 99,6 % purity ceramic ensures versatile use, also good in drinking water systems. The transmitter cable has a diameter of Ø 8 mm and also contains a vent pipe for connection to atmosphere.
The pressure transmitter measures liquid levels in tanks, containers, channels and dams. SITRANS LH300 pressure transmitters are available for various measuring ranges and with explosion protection as an option.

SITRANS P200/P210/P220

The SITRANS transmitters P200, P210 and P220 are compact single-range-transmitters for measurement of absolute and gauge pressure.

In this series we use two different kinds of pressure sensors: two stainless steel sensors and one ceramics sensor. So the measurement of process pressure, absolute pressure and hydrostatic pressure is an easy thing. The measured pressure will be transformed with these sensors into a 4…20-mA- resp. a 0…10-V-signal.

ISTRANS P DS III

The SITRANS P DS III series includes digital pressure transmitters for measuring gauge pressure, absolute pressure, differential pressure, flow and level.
